What you get.
You will be provided with a digital recording with sound and vision on a DVD covering a period of up to two hours of close contact (where possible) covert surveillance, more by negotiation, of the targeted subject. Obviously circumstances change from premises to premises and sometimes, on busy periods, it is not always successful due to the inability to get close enough to the bar etc. In these instances you would not be charged but it would be expected to try and avoid these periods. You will also be given a written report if needed.
What we watch for.
- Till misuse, short changing, till dipping etc
- Staff pilfering including own drinks and ‘landlord’s tipple’
- Rudeness to customers and rudeness of customers
- Harassment of or by staff
- Inappropriate language
- ‘Farmer’s halves’ (called different things in other parts of the country)
- Basically anything the employer doesn’t agree with or has not authorised.
What we will need from you.
- Details of the target including name, address, description etc.
- A photograph (if possible)
- Hours of work
- Mode of transport including vehicle registration
- Suspected offence
- Signed authorisation to film on your premises
